Patrick Fleury’s Grand Arc sculpture, installed at the Donjon de Vez in 2001, explores the interaction between visible and invisible forms. This monumental work divides space and creates a dialogue between inside and outside.
Arc Large: a sculpture combining light and space
A shape between tradition and modernity
Made of metal, painted steel and aluminum, Grand Arc measures 510 cm in diameter. Its shape, inspired by a sundial, is reinterpreted in a fluid curve that seems to bend the light.
A dialogue between contemporary art and architecture
The sculpture questions notions of visibility and invisibility, creating a poetic space where light interactions and shapes take on a symbolic dimension, inviting us to question the space that surrounds us.
